New Client Deposit

New clients are required to give a $50 deposit when booking if you do not have a credit card on file. This can be refunded if cancelled within the policy; it can be sent via e-transfer to the email in the contact info.

Late Arrival

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it may result in a cancellation and a no-show fee. Clients are booked back to back so please aim to arrive on time. 

Cancellations/no shows

Appointments require 48 hour cancellation notice. A cancellation fee will be charged if notice is not given. The charge will be 50% of service booked, up to $100. There will be a one time forgiveness for family/illness/etc emergencies, after that the policy will be in effect.

Fills

You should have 40% of your lashes remaining for a fill, less than this may result in being charged for a full set.

Other Techs Work

I do work over other techs work, however if it is damaging to your natural lashes they may need to be removed. In this case you will be charged for a removal and a full set. 

Refunds

No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products provided. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact me within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss concerns. If a fix can be done to address your concerns, an express touch up or solution will be provided if it is at fault of application or products. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours, or if you failed to follow the after care instructions will be charged at full price again.
